I hired this firm to help with a traffic ticket, and they handled everything efficiently. Communication was clear, they were very knowledgeable, and they got the ticket reduced with no points on my license. I barely had to lift a finger—exactly what I needed. I’d definitely use them again and recomme...nd them to anyone facing a traffic violation.

If I could put a -5 rating, I would. DO NOT EVER USE Chase Horton for a ticket/s. I still had to pay the ticket. I don't even think he went to court and between his fee and the ticket, I ended up paying more than the actual ticket. I was told it was the amount it was because it was deferred. Which is... a total lie. I've had tickets before, but used another attorney and I only paid the attorney fee and the ticket was still deferred .TOTAL RIP OFF! DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY! Also when you call the office, the phone just rings and rings and rings. I called at least 8 times between 8am-2pm. I call from my work phone and they answered.

Seems like I should've read these reviews first. All below with 1 stars is exactly what I dealt with! Fighting for my rights when I paid an attorney for services. 3 tickets I paid this attorney for, should've learned my lesson after 1st one!!! No communication, called the day of trial saying I had 10... minutes to decide or I'd be dropped as a client and have to hire another attorney. This is after I called amd emailed numerous times asking for an update! Talked to Chase Horton and he tried to tell me he called me a week in advance, darn lie. I have all call logs and the emails from me pleading for someone to call me, that I had left messages, emails and called. No one ever answered. Once they take your money they want nothing to do with u!

Paid them to do absolutely nothing, they signed no contest electronically and told me I had to call the courts for an extension on a fine for a traffic ticket, all in all I ended up paying fines in the same amount. When I called to speak to someone it sounded like a woman at home with children who ha...d zero knowledge except to read me exactly what I read from the email they sent. They are crooks they signed this document January 11th and the fines are upwards of 400 dollars for a 53 in a 40. NOW I CAN NO LONGER GET HELP FROM ANOTHER ATTORNEY BECAUSE THEY agreed to NO CONTEST. Crooks plain and simple.
