Tom McElyea is one of those rare attorneys who is compassionate, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Although in the end I decided not to pursue a claim and potential legal action, Tom helped me through that decision by explaining very clearly what would be involved, the legal basis of that ...action and the risks that would be involved. My situation involves a nutritionist who violated sexual and professional boundaries. From the time I called Tom’s office, he called me back within a couple of hours to discuss my situation. From the start, I felt he listened to me very closely and compassionately and was able to clarify the heart of the matter right away.
