To avoid any privacy issues with my family I will leave it simple something terrible happened to my minor child at a grocery store and she went looking for an item that may have been in back stock needless to Say she was sexually assaulted by an employee of that store I immediately contacted Thomas ...McElyea's office on a weekend might I add, And he returned my call within the hour and came in on the weekend his days off to take on our case and he has been absolutely wonderful he keeps in close contact with us on every step of the way and is very caring and aggressive and understands how important this means to my family I know that he will seek Justice for us and he has done so this far he is amazing I will definitely refer him to anyone I know!

I owe him a pair of cowboy boots as we burned my hospital gown in his parking lot, and he stomped out the fire. He is driven like no man I have ever met, and he shoots from the hip...straight forward at all times and never sugar coats anything.
