Thomas E. McElyea

Tom McElyea represented me in a sexual harassment/assault case. From the moment we spoke on the phone, Tom was attentive, sympathetic and on top of my case - asking for all the details and taking note. He is definitely a "no-fluff" kind of lawyer - I always had a very realistic understanding of what I could expect, the possibilities of my case (both good and negative) and even an understanding of what the defendant's moves meant. When we ended up entering a settlement agreement, Mr. McElyea was able to secure much more than I originally anticipated, exceeding my expectations. My family, friends, and I are forever grateful to Mr. McElyea. Heaven forbid I should ever need his services again, however, it is truly comforting to know I have him in my corner should another situation arise. I will certainly be referring his services with confidence to anyone I encounter who has experienced abuse/harassment against them, knowing with full confidence they are in good hands.
