also known as Abigail Kweller, Abby
Attorney Abigail Kweller Sullivan entered law school as one of the youngest in her class, and at only 24-years-old, she became licensed to practice law in Texas. Many referred to her as the "Doogie Howser" of law, and it was not long before Abby gained recognition for being a competent and skilled practitioner.
Abigail has vast experience in handling many types of legal matters. Abigail's diverse experience and longevity in the field makes her a solid and continually entrusted legal advisor to her clients.
Early in her career, Abigail practiced family law at the Law Offices of Morgan & Gotcher in Greenville, Texas. Holly Gotcher is one of Greenville's most renowned and noteworthy trial attorneys, and under Gotcher's mentorship, Abigail became versed in all forms of negotiation, discovery, mediation, deposition, motion practice, and trial work.
Abigail then worked for the law firm of Scott & Ray, which represented the City of Greenville, Hunt County, City of Wolfe City, and many other local governments and state subdivisions. During this tenure, Abigail served as the prosecutor for the municipal courts of Greenville and Wolfe City. Additionally, Abigail counseled and advised the government clients during their open and executive session meetings as the City and County Attorney.
In 2019, Abigail received her license to practice in the State of Oklahoma, which assisted her ability to resolve complicated real estate and probate matters.
In 2021 she launched her private practice, where she handles an array of matters related to Estate Planning, Real Estate, Probate, Contracts, Civil Litigation, Corporations, and more.
In 2022, Abigail received the honorable appointment as the Associate Judge for the Municipal Court of the City of Greenville, and currently part-time support to the court by conducting arraignments presiding over trials. Abigail's appointment as a municipal judge does not limit her ability to litigate cases in County, District, and Federal Court, and thus her private law practice continues to thrive alongside her judiciary role.
