Soraya Elsa Joslin

Soraya Joslin was raised in Ft. Worth, Texas and graduated from Trinity Valley School. She pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Vanderbilt University where she was President of the senior class. Soraya graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas. Soraya served as an Assistant District Attorney for many years. She has tried a multitude of cases from misdemeanors to felony cases, both as a Prosecutor and as a defense attorney. In 2008, Soraya left public service and opened her own practice. Her experience includes cases in a variety of fields including criminal defense, estate planning, guardianship litigation, corporate, probate, and contested probate litigation across the State of Texas. Soraya currently blends a litigation and transactional practice, giving her the best of both worlds. She believes all courtroom battle sharpens skills both in the court room and as an advisor to her clients outside of the courtroom. Soraya lives on a small ranch in Weatherford with her husband Jerrett and their two children. Soraya is an active member of the community and enjoys her life in Parker County.
