Monty handled a case for me whereby my previous employer had filed an injunction against me claiming that I had violated terms of my employment agreement, thereby preventing me from working while we sought relief. Monty's tireless professional efforts helped secure relief from the injunction in less... that 45 days, in spite of the fact that opposing counsel tried in vain to keep delaying a trial and mediation. During the trial stage, Monty was so well prepared that opposing counsel literally "gave up" and requested that the judge allow us to go to mediation to resolve. At the mediation, Monty was again so well prepared and well versed in the law, that the mediator ultimately ruled in our favor after only 1 hour of reviewing the facts.
