Robert Keith Hayden

I recently had Robert Hayden as an attorney for previous charges that I had in Tarrant County. He became my attorney in November 2017 and I have to say that I was too optimistic about how I thought this would end. I was looking at second offense on new drug charges and violation of probation due to... this new charge. With Robert Hayden not only did I have a great outcome but as the great and diligent attorney that he is, he worked hard and had my new charge no billed within less than two months. While incarcerated, he stayed in constant touch with my family about my case and immediately had documents emailed over that led to my release and reinstatement with no extra add ons. There is no doubt that I would recommend him to anyone that may need help.

Robert was appointed to me by Tarrant county after I was arrested for 3rd degree assault. This was my first time being arrested and having recently gone through an expensive divorce I couldn't afford to hire an attorney. I had very low expectations for a court appointed attorney given what was my pre...conceived notion, but Robert completely exceeded every expectation I had. It was if I was paying for his services. First off in the 10 days he was assigned to my case he came to jail and spoke with me 5 times. That is unheard of for almost any attorney. Secondly, he worked diligently on my case, saught out and spoke with witnesses that weren't even included in the police report, and every time new evidence came to light he took time to speak with me in jail about it. He was honest in that every time he said he would come and speak to me he did and helped me understand the situation I was facing. He was aggressive in attempting to broker a deal with the prosecutor, who on the emails referred to him as Bob as if they were on good terms which gave me confidence he was getting me the best possible result. The prosecutor offered 2 years deferred adjutification if I pled guilty to a class A misdemeanor, but Robert convinced me this deal wasn't in my best interest and he was correct. In the end Robert got my case, a class 3 felony, no billed by the grand jury due to his excellent law knowledge and persuasiveness. Thanks to Robert I didn't even have to worry about a trial and my life went back to normal as if nothing had happened which was the outcome I truly wanted. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone who is in search of a dedicated, aggressive, and truthful attorney. I didn't pay for his services, but if I ever need a lawyer in the future I at least know I want have to research and chose one. Robert proved to me all the confidence I had in him was justified and I'd hire him in the future in a heartbeat and I know that he would work just as hard for me again.
