My attorney is better than yours

Erika is the most amazing attorney. She fights for her clients and is so passionate in court. My ex is difficult to deal with and Erika put him in his place without breaking a sweat. I highly recommend that you hiring her!! We are about to return to court for an enforcement to incarcerate my ex for n...ot paying child support. I can’t wait to see her in action.

Low Quality Service like a Pinto car

I hired Erica patino to combat perjury which would easily be proved if she had ordered a background check on me. I hired her after I went to court for my first hearing for a divorce. I went to her office and I explained to her that the opposing attorney and her client had claimed that I had gone to j...ail at some point. I clearly told her why I was hiring her. She didn't bother to order a background check and she didn't bother to use all the other items such as being a teacher for 25 years and being a veteran for 12 years being awarded my child from another relationship until he was out of school. She is very lazy and only helps who she wants when she wants to. I also the valid restraining order on someone and I asked her to ask the court if I could sell my separate property. In addition to that I asked her to help me with enforcing custody of my child. All these things she did not do even though I asked her. For the custody enforcement instead she asked the opposing attorney if my wife had given me my child and of course my wife told her yes however I told her assistant that I had gone home without my child because my wife refused to give him to me. And her assistant said she would let her know.A so she claims she was told by the opposing attorney and that's okay I guess for her instead of checking with me and checking with her assistant if I had received my child that day. She is a horrible attorney and she uses profanity when she talks to you. I don't appreciate that from an attorney I expect professionalism. And finally in addition to all that she is a liar. She claims that I didn't want to pay her her money even though I fired her and I never said that. I only was giving her less money than I agreed to because I could only give her that much. But I did tell her when I sell my house I would pay her everything. She will not act in your best interest.

Rude!

Desperately needed help because my ex took my kids from me. She was recommended by a friend. Horrible idea! A waste of time, She was super rude & disrespectful. She said “I’ll give you a call if I decide to help you”. She’s not interested in helping you only if you have $$$ Don't recommend!

Terrible experience

After being date raped and abused for 30 years by a rotten man. I finally found my way out. The emotional trauma is what keeps you in. I hired Erika and believed she would help and fight for me. She said she would not back down because of all the evidence that I had on abuse and cheating from the x. ... He agreed to have a negotiation Erika advised and brought a negotiator. This was done during Covid. All over the computer. During the negotiations EVERYTHING she had promised was forgotten and I was left to feel like all I was was nothing a stay at home mom while he worked and deserved nothing. Erika is NOT a mother and wife and has zero empathy or compassion for the family or job. I didn’t even get what the state of Tx requires for child support was grossly negligent in alimony for my x makes over $450 thousand and 30 years of marriage . Tx law is $5000 a month for 10 years. I got less than half for 5 years. Simple Tx law and Erika failed to support who hired her. She sucks I would not recommend her to anyone. Lies to you and bills you for terrible service.

THE BEST

Erika and her office are incredible. The attention to detail, dedication, thoroughness, and professionalism are simply unmatched. She’s respected by the courts - and that’s because she’s damned good at what she does. If you are looking for a fighter to represent you, look no further. 12 out of 10 wou...ld recommend.
