Michael Kevin Queenan

Kevin was referred to me though a friend of my daughter. Since Kevin is Dallas-based and I reside in Ohio, communication was 100% long-distance (phone/e-mail). The issue centered on my contention that I had a legal right to inherit royalties from a couple of oil wells in OK which were left to ot...her family members by my father's second wife following her death. My two daughters were among the seven named inheritors and, because of the very restrictive language in her will, it was important that whatever action Kevin took on my behalf did not jeopardize my daughters' share of their entitlement. Kevin fully understood the issue and the fact that I did not wish to pursue the matter through the courts. With my concerns and interests in mind, Kevin did an excellent job of representing me in subsequent written communications with both the Executor's attorney and with the OK oil well company attorney. Though I have not met him in person, it was apparent from our communications that he listens well and is very bright and astute.
