I hired Erika for 2 enforcements of child support issues. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get the results I needed for myself and my son both times. I would hire her over and over again if I needed to. She is a fighter and not afraid to go into the courtroom to fight for you. She... is a straight-shooter and she will tell you what you NEED to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear. Her candor is refreshing and much needed. She will formulate a plan to get you where you need to be. Her staff is awesome to deal with. They are attentive, responsive, and caring. I highly recommend her!

During the negotiations EVERYTHING she had promised was forgotten and I was left to feel like all I was was nothing a stay at home mom while he worked and deserved nothing. Erika is NOT a mother and wife and has zero empathy or compassion for the family or job. I didn’t even get what the state of Tx requires for child support was grossly negligent in alimony for my x makes over $450 thousand and 30 years of marriage . Tx law is $5000 a month for 10 years. I got less than half for 5 years. Simple Tx law and Erika failed to support who hired her. She sucks I would not recommend her to anyone. Lies to you and bills you for terrible service.
