I'm a single mother. Upon meeting Ron, I found his knowledge and values- and HONESTY comforting. I was not well represented during my original divorce hearing which left me in a position where I could properly care for my son. Ron was empathetic to my situation. I was dealing with an ex whos inco...me was "cash only" and who was unwilling to provide for our son. Ron worked within my budget, and sought speedy resolution. Ron fought for me, and ended up getting me everything I originally asked for through mediation without the need for a final hearing. I would highly recommend him, and would use him again should a need ever arise. He didn't feed me a bunch or promises, or encourage unnecessary litigation. He always had what was best for my son and I as a priority- and it showed through his work.

Mr. Roberts has gotten the second protective order on my crazy x husband and I am so great full for it. He has had my safety in mind and has gone out of his way to make sure I am okay, with this protective order, I feel just a-little more safe. When I met Mr. Ron Roberts, I was in the midst of a child custody dispute, trying to modify our visitation schedule for our daughter with her father and I and had come to a place in our legal journey that I was running out of money quickly. I was the only parent who had been financially supporting ou...r daughter for quite some time, and that of course made it hard to have extra money saved all the time for legal expenses. Ron Roberts was very kind and took our case right away. Mr. Robert's focus was never about the money, and his office was quite understanding of my struggling financial situation. I was tremendously grateful for this! Of course in getting into the litigation with my child's father, Mr. Roberts and I found that this turned out to be a much longer journey than he or I anticipated it to be. My child's father several times stopped paying his attorney and our case had to be delayed, until he could be appointed an attorney by the court or retain another. Evidence of medical neglect and possible other abuse against our daughter also surfaced during this time and we had to completely change the pleadings of the case. Nonetheless, Ron Roberts didn't miss a single detail of our family court case or what was transpiring between the multiple other attorneys. We never missed a court date, and Mr. Roberts always supported me and conferred with me on what my wishes were going forward with our case. Over the course of the years that our case ended up taking to be wrapped up in court, I have really come to admire several qualities in Mr. Ron Roberts. First, his bold brazen willingness to call it exactly how he sees it, I really appreciate that directness in my attorney, he has built my trust, albeit made me mad a couple of times. Second, he has an uncanny ability to remember every minute detail that he collects. That has truly served us well in this case. Third, he has a good moral compass which shines through in compassion for his client and most especially for the children he is fighting for in the court room. Fourth, what I have always admired most about Ron, is that he cares most about what is best for the children. He will even politely correct his client, if the child's best interest is not what is being addressed by their pleading. Lastly, one might say that Mr. Ron Roberts may come across as a bit tough and not too sentimental, but I would choose no one else to fight for the protection of my child!

Look! Let me just say that I had the honor of meeting Ron Roberts when I was 18 and had a minor legal issue that needed an attorney. With very little money, and even less knowledge of the process, I picked a random attorney listing, which was him. Ron took care of everything quickly and efficiently. ...Through the short process, we chatted about relationships, and he entertained me with some legal case knowledge from law-school. He was the first attorney I had ever met on the basis of business and the bar was set high. Ron Roberts was funny, honest, and also seasoned in being able to decipher through bullshit. I don't see many being able to bs Ron Roberts. He has a rough demeanor, but a heart of gold, and a sincere passion in terms of helping people - he helped me without treating me like a stupid teen-ager. This is rare with attorneys, as often times they can be so withdrawn from people they talk to, and disconnected from a moral compass. It was clear that he was doing what he did to help people, and didn't seem all about the money. Years later after staying in touch, one time I called him in a situation where I was far from home, and my car had been towed. I was like, I know this is a horrible reason to call and you probably don’t even remember me, but I really don’t have anyone else to call and I’m stuck. Although I don’t think he was thrilled to do it, he drove over an hour to come and pick me up, and helped me get my car out of tow. Now maybe this isn't something you think is professional, I don't know ... but what I'm getting at is that he's the type of attorney you could have in your phone for any type of situation, who is in the business to help people and understands the human condition. If he believes in you case, or in, that you're doing the right thing, or that he can help you, he's just that kind of person. Now, with all that being said, Mr. Roberts understands the human condition enough to not be judgmental, but also has some Sol Goodman flair. Kind, Smart, Honest, a little Rugged, and Passionate about Helping People. There's no better.

Attorney Roberts was born to be an attorney. He's honest and professional. His experience gives him a edge above any other attorney I consulted with about my case. He knows the court and the law.
