When I met Mr. Ron Roberts, I was in the midst of a child custody dispute, trying to modify our visitation schedule for our daughter with her father and I and had come to a place in our legal journey that I was running out of money quickly. I was the only parent who had been financially supporting ou...r daughter for quite some time, and that of course made it hard to have extra money saved all the time for legal expenses. Ron Roberts was very kind and took our case right away. Mr. Robert's focus was never about the money, and his office was quite understanding of my struggling financial situation. I was tremendously grateful for this! Of course in getting into the litigation with my child's father, Mr. Roberts and I found that this turned out to be a much longer journey than he or I anticipated it to be. My child's father several times stopped paying his attorney and our case had to be delayed, until he could be appointed an attorney by the court or retain another. Evidence of medical neglect and possible other abuse against our daughter also surfaced during this time and we had to completely change the pleadings of the case. Nonetheless, Ron Roberts didn't miss a single detail of our family court case or what was transpiring between the multiple other attorneys. We never missed a court date, and Mr. Roberts always supported me and conferred with me on what my wishes were going forward with our case. Over the course of the years that our case ended up taking to be wrapped up in court, I have really come to admire several qualities in Mr. Ron Roberts. First, his bold brazen willingness to call it exactly how he sees it, I really appreciate that directness in my attorney, he has built my trust, albeit made me mad a couple of times. Second, he has an uncanny ability to remember every minute detail that he collects. That has truly served us well in this case. Third, he has a good moral compass which shines through in compassion for his client and most especially for the children he is fighting for in the court room. Fourth, what I have always admired most about Ron, is that he cares most about what is best for the children. He will even politely correct his client, if the child's best interest is not what is being addressed by their pleading. Lastly, one might say that Mr. Ron Roberts may come across as a bit tough and not too sentimental, but I would choose no one else to fight for the protection of my child!

After hiring this attorney, we found his services to be less than satisfactory. He didn't communicate properly, he let the other party walk over our case with little or no objections. Would not present any evidence given, and called the wrong witnesses. I felt he didn't review or present our case pro...perly. I would not recommend him or his services.
