Very Pleased

I had an employment issue and was referred to Mr. Ghio by another attorney. At the consultation I was able to explain in depth what issues I was experiencing and knew at the end of the meeting I had chosen the right attorney. My overall situation lasted about 4 months. Rob was aggressive and very kno...wledgeable about employment law. I was very impressed with his level of attention to detail, keeping me in the loop and his diligence and persistence in pursuing my case. I was extremely happy with the outcome and the level of professionalism exhibited by Rob. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to him if they should find themselves in need of an attorney.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I referred a client with a multi-jursidictional employment law matter to Rob. Rob was able to quickly discern the essence of the case, the strengths and weaknesses of the client's legal position, and was able to quickly work to a favorable resolution. At every step of the way, Rob was an effective communicator with both me and the client regarding the legal issues in play, thereby enabling the client to make a well-informed decision as to how best to proceed. I would not hesitate to refer another client to Rob who has employment related issues or questions."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
