Im suprised to see the low review on this site because when you ask on facebook and other social media sites who to use the majority of folks suggest his office for family law and have positive things to say. I ...know from experience that he is a great attorney. You must listen to him though!

Eager and ready to help until he cashed my check. Told me I should seek mediation as my case was too complicated AFTER he exhausted my retainer. Very rude and dismissive. The office makes contact with you just to charge you for the email when the information they seek is in your original paperwork.... Seek help elsewhere.

Empty promises. Lostracco talks a big talk, but when it comes time to pull the trigger he has nothing. He did zero for me during my extremely difficult divorce except take my my money and demand more. We lost the case, the children ended up with the ex who has a criminal record. His work is sloppy an...d all he cares about is collecting a check.
