Im suprised to see the low review on this site because when you ask on facebook and other social media sites who to use the majority of folks suggest his office for family law and have positive things to say. I ...know from experience that he is a great attorney. You must listen to him though!

I hired Lostracco to help me get custody of my children back from their other parent. I ended up receiving way more than we originally requested, party because of Lostracco's hard work and partly because of my ex's ignorant choices. He is a little expensive but we'll worth it, and his staff is just a...s wonderful. His legal assistant is kind, comforting, super smart and hard working.

My son's father was absent from his life for almost a decade. When he decided to take an interest and demanded major holidays I hired Jim. He said we could easily beat this guy. As soon as Jim had my money, he started saying we didn't really have a chance. Every "move" he made ended up hurting our ca...se and in the end he confessed that he believes EVERY child needs their dad or they'll end up screwed up! Do NOT hire him if you are a mom fighting a dead-beat dad. If you're a dad (good or bad) I hear he is GREAT!
