Empty promises. Lostracco talks a big talk, but when it comes time to pull the trigger he has nothing. He did zero for me during my extremely difficult divorce except take my my money and demand more. We lost the case, the children ended up with the ex who has a criminal record. His work is sloppy an...d all he cares about is collecting a check.

I hired Lostracco to help me get custody of my children back from their other parent. I ended up receiving way more than we originally requested, party because of Lostracco's hard work and partly because of my ex's ignorant choices. He is a little expensive but we'll worth it, and his staff is just a...s wonderful. His legal assistant is kind, comforting, super smart and hard working.

My son's father was absent from his life for almost a decade. When he decided to take an interest and demanded major holidays I hired Jim. He said we could easily beat this guy. As soon as Jim had my money, he started saying we didn't really have a chance. Every "move" he made ended up hurting our ca...se and in the end he confessed that he believes EVERY child needs their dad or they'll end up screwed up! Do NOT hire him if you are a mom fighting a dead-beat dad. If you're a dad (good or bad) I hear he is GREAT!

Mr. Lostracco represented me in a divorce and custody filing over a decade ago. I was very pleased with how he handled my situation. He was expensive but really fought for me. Comparing my results to those of other friends who used different attorneys I would say Mr. Lostracco was the best attorne...y. He has been described as 'arrogant' by some. I would argue that if you are good at what you do, you get to be arrogant about it.
