Provided Very Thorough Representation

Willis helped me with a custody situation in which my right to establish domicile was challenged. He was very prompt with responses to my (never-ending) questions, and thorough with supporting my case. He was proactive with potential issues that might have otherwise held us up. At the end of it all, ...I walked away with the documentation I needed to facilitate my move. I hope I do not need an attorney again to deal with my ex, but if I do, I will seek Willis' counsel again.

Family Matters

Mr. Willis helped me obtain peace of mind, and he provided me with solid representation. Together, we analyzed all of the possible approaches in order to achieve my objectives. Our final plan of action yielded the desired results, and for that, I am forever grateful. Mr. Willis and his staff me...mbers were approachable, respectful and responsive. They always made me feel that my concerns and questions were valid and every detail was worthy of a discussion. I am satisfied with the service I received, and I would recommend him to a friend or family member.

A professional that is ready, willing, and able.

After numerous attempts to fix my failing marriage, I soon realized my only option was to move forward with a divorce. I consulted with members in my church and leadership in the military on whom I should choose for a lawyer. Everyone pointed me towards The Willis Law Firm, where I met Jeremy Willis... for the first time. Right away I knew I was talking to a professional that was ready, willing, and able to take on my case in a timely manner. With a few, well informed meetings and four months of positive communication with him and his law office, my divorce was finalized. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer and friend that I know I can count on if ever needed again. I highly recommend Jeremy and The Willis Law Firm to anyone and everyone who is in need of immediate assistance.

Court Coordinator

Our Judge instructs all court staff to monitor attorneys. We have to monitor how they behave in court and act in our offices and how they interact with their clients. In terms of his relationship with different judges, Mr. Willis is always held in high regard. Mr. Willis' behavior with court staff... is also appropriate. No one has ever seen Mr. Willis have any problem with a client although his aggressive position in court makes enemies of just about every other lawyer and opposing client. That is to be expected considering the combative nature of family law. No Judge or staff of a Judge has had a problem with Mr. Willis.

This guy cannot really have a law degree.

He is unethical, unprofessional and generally comical. He was not available at critical times and not prepared the other times. In the end, I was actually embarrassed to have him as my lawyer in court. My case could have finished much sooner if he hadn't postponed my dates for mediation and trial. I ...was told that the other party was causing the delays but I found out HE was responsible. He was the second lawyer in the East Texas area that I hired. The first one was bad, but this one was even worse.
