After an initial consultation with Buck Files, which went well, I was told he may be assisted by Mr. Harrison since I had cases in both Wood and Smith county. Both dressed very professional and spoke with confidence and always let me know where my case was during the whole process. Calls to my lawy...er were taken every time and I would like to recognize Tammye Mayfield for her paralegal help. She did very well keeping myself and my worried sister of what options were available and the process they were taking. Mr. Harrison, Mr. Files and Mrs. Mayfield make an excellent team, and they fought for me in every way they could. During court, when appearing before the judge, a small set back occurred, but was quickly rectified by Mr. Harrison whom had to work extra hard for the next few hours to refile new paperwork and was able to set a new hearing on the very same day. The outcome of my experience could not have been better. One I can only assume had the good Lord on our side. Outcome included a charge reduction and a dismissal ( I could of been facing some really hard time ). I did supply several letters of character from family, church and a boss, all to help where I could to put a good packet together. I was also advised to take a SmartRecovery course as a preemptive move ( I took said course and feel it was very good advise).
