Client

Brett, Matt and Carrie made us feel so safe, supported, and confident in their ability to understand and defend our son’s case. Having not one, but two attorneys, and completing the team, the ever kind and competent legal assistant. We felt we had hired the best of the best, a SUPER legal team of ...experts in their field. They worked hard to get us all the outcome we wanted and were so personable and compassionate while doing so. Our son got probation for a serious charge that we felt might ruin his entire life. If you want/need the best call Brett Harrison his super team! They will always have a very special place in our hearts.

Thank you Brett Harrison & Kimberly Thedford

Brett & Kimberly went above & beyond to represent me, they were able negotiate very fair deals for me in 2 different counties for possession of marijuana. When I was incarcerated at Smith County Jail being denied medical care, I called Kimberly & she was able to get me into the nurses office with...in hours. They may have saved me from loosing my left thumb, possibly even left arm and they made sure I received medical care when I had covid-19. Words cannot express how highly I recommend them to anyone in East Texas facing legal issues. They are amazing. You can trust them, unlike many Attorneys. I feel very blessed that I was able to have Brett & Kimberly as my legal team.

Highly Recommend

I hired Mr. Harrison for a DWI case. Him and his staff went above and beyond in ensuring I got the best deal they possibly could. They were great to work with and very informative. I appreciated the response time in returning my calls and e-mails. With something scary like this hanging over your head..., it's important to have a lawyer who is honest and transparent, and provides timely feedback. Him and his staff were all of these. I highly recommend using him!

DWI Representation

J. Brett Harrison represented me for a first offense Class A Misdemeanor DWI charge. Both he and his legal assistant, Tammye Mayfield, were very helpful in guiding me through all aspects of the case. I had no prior criminal record, and was not fmaialir with the Court system, but they assisted in al...l aspects. They were able to handle my license revocation as well as being able to get the minimum penalties for sentence given my circumstances.

If your Looking for top notch legal representation look know further!

I am not one to give credit unless credit is due. In Late 2015, I found myself in a very complex and tricky legal situation. One I am not from Smith county or Tyler. I knew that I was facing some serious criminal legal issues and needed to hire the best-qualified attorney I could find. Money is al...ways in issue; however, you cannot put a price on your freedom. After interviewing at least, six of Smith County's top attorneys I decided to Hire Mr. Harrison not knowing him accept for the 45 minutes we had spent prior. To me it’s important that you and your attorney have a mutual understanding that (he/or she have your best interest at heart, always be accessible, keep you informed, not just talk a good game but deliver. We all know Attorneys can tell a client whatever they want to here. I found Mr. Harrison to have great relationships in Smith County and was all I could ask for an Attorney. For over 2 years, I drove to Smith County while on pretrial bond. I had a serious legal matter in another county already and now another due to an unfortunate circumstance. I must admit I am super impressed, speechless, blessed, happy, and so glad I decided to have Mr. Harrison defend me. I cannot thank him enough. In the end, I Justice was served. Mr. Harrison delivered above my expectations and believe I do all the research on can do and set the Bar very high. If you want an Attorney who will be honest, act with integrity, be truthful and at the same time have a strategy and guide you in the direction to not only get you the best possible outcome in any criminal matter you might be facing you found the man. I also cannot forget to thank his legal staff, as they are very responsive and professional. God Bless and thank you.
