After a year of getting nowhere with a court appointed attorney, J. Brett Harrison took my case and despite the difficulty of the case, CoVid, and other delays the case was settled in about 4 months. My son was attacked by two assailants and defended himself. But my son was the one arrested and was looking at prison time. He had never been in trouble before. The decision was made that my son acted in self-defense and a "No Bill" was issued!!!! Charges were dropped and my son's story validated. Brett & Kimberly went above & beyond to represent me, they were able negotiate very fair deals for me in 2 different counties for possession of marijuana. When I was incarcerated at Smith County Jail being denied medical care, I called Kimberly & she was able to get me into the nurses office within hours.
