Started with temporary orders. I paid $2,500.00 as retainer 2 weeks later at temporary hearing order I had to pay an additional $2,500.00. She had paperwork already filled out to terminate our contract if I did not pay her. WTF! I told her I would have it with me and I did have it with me. However... on my invoice I was charged for her “time and the filing of the termination of representation” free money! At temporary hearing she sat with my ex and her attorney then comes around the corner and says here sign this we need to see the judge. I said I need to read it first she said these are only temporary orders. I refused and again was told just sign them. I signed them and stated in writing under duress!! I agreed to $730.00 a week maint support only because I was told it would be for 45-60 days!!! My ex got me terminated from my job and I called Evan told her I need to get in front of the judge I cannot pay 730.00 a week I lost my job. Her Exact words were we will not worry about it untill they file enforcement!! Thanks to that POS Attorney I know owe $23,000.00 in back maintenance because it was not for 45-60 days it was untill this is divorce is over! She over charges she’s about the money in total she got $17,500.00 and did NOTHING!! There are much better attorneys in TYLER STAY AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN!!

I consulted Evan earlier this year with a custody case involving CPS. My family and I were given an unfair deal when it came to the children involved in a case. After speaking with Evan and going through a pretty long process,laying out our plans we were able to secure custody of the children and no ...longer get an unfair deal with CPS.
