Went for a consultation for RE fraud I was told he could handle. His side-kick did all the talking so I directed my questions toward him. Jeff later blurted out "I'm the lawyer!" OK. 2 hours of back & forth and he accuses me of arguing with him!! I'm presenting info yet, having to defend myself. A wa...ste of time & money. He's lowered his rate, that speaks volumes. Beware.

After my consultation, I knew immediately that my family would be represented well. My ex husband of 10 yrs and father of my 2 kids tried to sue for full custody, with no reason other than he didnt want to pay child support. My ex husband is very persistent and controlling and doesn't like to take 'n...o' for an answer. From the beginning we knew we were looking to fight a long legal battle, even though my new husband and I are great parents with no reason to worry, we still stressed over it. Jeff have been amazing attorney for my family. He have handled both me and my wife's divorces, including one case where Jeff flew from Tyler to El paso to handle a family law matter for me. I have always gotten exactly what I expected from this office. He is completely upfront with what he can do and... cannot do, therefore there is no confusion in me expecting one thing and getting another. We always agree on intended outcomes up front, and he always delivered exactly what he said he was going to deliver. He has also been great to work with financially. We agreed on a down payment and a payment plan, which I stuck to. He will always handle my family law matters in the future. Jeff has given me exactly what I wanted on 6 completely different cases, 2 divorces, 3 child custody cases, and one small real estate issue. Jeff may not be the cheapest attorney in town, but you get what you pay for, and he's well worth the money spent. Jeff has no issue going up against the big boys, and producing results that remind me why I hired him. One thing about Jeff that me and my wife both liked was the fact that he is a very large man. When my wife was worried about her ex, another large man, we had concerns about him trying to intimidate one of us, (both of us are very short), but with having a 6'6" (just a guess here) Jeff around, we no longer had those concerns. 5 stars for sure.
