I consulted with and engaged Natalie Fletcher Attorney in 2024.They got in touch with the NVC and the US Consulate in Accra, Ghana on the Case of Immigrant Visa for my son. Subsequently they outlined a roadmap for going forward; considering all options. Around the end of the first quarter of 2025, ...we received the joyful news that the case is on an approved list of cases by the NVC for interview later in the year.
