Biography
After many years as a litigator and advocate, I am now handling primarily mediation. I have mediated numerous types of cases, including: personal injury, family law, custody, wage and hour disputes, contract disputes, deceptive trade practices claims, wrongful death, and even defamation claims. Over the years, I have handled injury claims across the State of Texas. Car wrecks, 18 wheeler wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, and other catastrophic injury cases. I graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2004. As a law student, I worked for the University of Houston Consumer Law Center where I focused on educating the general public about protecting their rights as consumers. Other attorneys in my firm handle additional areas of practice, such as family law, divorce, child custody, and criminal defense.
