The Family law court is a difficult institution to navigate. I have read multiple reviews on Mr Bain some negative and some positive. My experience with Mr Bain was and is all that I could ask for. Mr Bain has been in this business for over 30 years and his experience is exemplified in the court ro...om. He has represented me with the utmost professional ability and Un matched understanding of the family court system. I can not speak for anyone else but this gentleman approached my case with knowledge, curtesy, fourousiousness, and loyalty. I appreciate his hard work and tenacity. I highly recommend him. Without going into detail I employ anyone who is going through a difficult family law case to contact his firm. No one is perfect, but if you are looking for an outstanding attorney to represent you Mr Bain will not let you down. I think the world of him. I would recommend him to anyone going through a tough case.

My husband and I hired Bruce to handle a long stressful and drawn out family law case in Rusk County. I had very little patience by then and I am sure he could tell. I reached out to Mr. Bain from WA state as I was sued for divorce by my Ex from NC.. to say the least,Mr. Bain was upfront and let me know my unique situation was out of his being able to represent me. 'Equitable settlement of property' as its called in NC. He has guided me and provided much needed... direction, and is greatly appreciated for his knowledge and time. My own lawyer in NC, Ben Holloman Jr. of Roxboro had not responded in over 2 years since divorce was already final, and I found out by accident, he had signed a court order in August of 2019 directing the sale of our former home in Flint. Out of state father who needed help on Family Law issues. Contacted Bruce and he clearly has a extensive knowledge on out of state custody issues. Hired him last minute (day before filings were due) and both he and his paralegal Shauna took action and got responses filled on time. Communication was g...reat I was well informed with every aspect or development that took place despite being two states away.
