By far one incredible, understanding, and extremely professional attorney!

I hired Ms. Heindel and Mr. Cotten her associate attorney after my initial consultation and BOTH worked my Custody Modification suit against my childs abusive and neglectful mother, and between the two of them and their legal assistant Molly, I won my case with hardly a fight which for a father is a ...very hard thing to do. I couldn't be any more happier for my son knowing he's safe and sound all thanks to Ms. Heindel and her incredible staff. They would constantly update me on every aspect of my case, and walked me through every aspect as well, answered any and all questions professionally and represented me the best possible way with the up most respect. If for any reason a need to hire an attorney and my case fits right in with what they practice, you can rest assure I'm hiring Ms. Heindel and Mr. Cotten again. And they worked with me on paying instead of turning their back on me just because I couldn't come up with thousands of dollars right away to protect my child. Outstanding service and communication.

My husband and I live in AZ and were in desperate need of assistance from an attorney in TX for a child support case. For years we dealt with this case and had no idea how to handle it since we live out of State and my husband is disabled and unable to travel. It was a true blessing that we found M...s. B. Diane Heindel’s ad on the internet. It was our first and only call. We had our initial consultation over the phone with Ms. Heindel who was very helpful and able to assist us. That in itself was great news and we were able to retain her services. It would be shortly thereafter that we received another great blessing by having Mr. Jeffrey Cotten represent my husband with his case. He has been amazing! Below average

I can never get her to respond to me. I understand they are busy people. But when im paying you $300 hour I expect an email or phone call back updating me on case. She also has let other attorney take lead in case which has ended up causing me to lose my case. All bark no bite just like most family l...aw attorneys.
