My attorney for life

Diane and her associate Jeff have been amazing attorneys for my family. They have handled both me and my wife's divorces, including one case where Jeff flew from Tyler to El paso to handle a family law matter for me. I have always gotten exactly what I expected from this office. She is completely upf...ront with what she can do and cannot do, therefore there is no confusion in me expecting one thing and getting another. We always agree on intended outcomes up front, and she always delivered exactly what she said she was going to deliver. She has also been great to work with financially. We agreed on a down payment and a payment plan, which I stuck to. She will always handle my family law matters in the future. Diane has given me exactly what I wanted on 6 completely different cases, 2 divorces, 3 child custody cases, and one small real estate issue. Diane may not be the cheapest attorney in town, but you get what you pay for, and she's well worth the money spent. Diane has no issue going up against the big boys, and producing results that remind me why I hired her. 5 stars for sure.

The Law Office of B. Diane Heindel handled my Child Custody/Child Support case with the utmost professionalism and compassion. Jeffrey Cotten was assigned to my case, but their entire team worked seemlessly together and kept me well informed from beginning to end.

By far one incredible, understanding, and extremely professional attorney!

I hired Ms. Heindel and Mr. Cotten her associate attorney after my initial consultation and BOTH worked my Custody Modification suit against my childs abusive and neglectful mother, and between the two of them and their legal assistant Molly, I won my case with hardly a fight which for a father is a ...very hard thing to do. I couldn't be any more happier for my son knowing he's safe and sound all thanks to Ms. Heindel and her incredible staff. They would constantly update me on every aspect of my case, and walked me through every aspect as well, answered any and all questions professionally and represented me the best possible way with the up most respect. If for any reason a need to hire an attorney and my case fits right in with what they practice, you can rest assure I'm hiring Ms. Heindel and Mr. Cotten again. And they worked with me on paying instead of turning their back on me just because I couldn't come up with thousands of dollars right away to protect my child. Would recommend

Diane Heindel is by far the best attorney I have hired/had a consultation with. During my child custody case I started off using an attorney from Dallas who was unprofessional and was never able to be reached. Anytime I wanted to speak with Diane personally it was never an issue, office staff was ver...y helpful, kind and always available whenever I had any questions. I ended up getting full custody and even more than I asked for in the end. I would recommend her to anyone!
