I had such a great experience working with Jill. I was injured in a car accident so I needed someone I could really depend on and trust and who knew what they were doing. I met with Jill and I am so thankful I did! She is super intelligent and has tons of experience. I was so impressed by her and her... knowledge and how easily she communicated with me and helped me understand the process. I could tell she truly cared. She always put me first and she and her staff were on top of everything! I had a very lengthy case, and they never stopped communicating with me all along the way. I ended up having to go to trial for my case and I WON!!! In the courtroom, Jill was absolutely incredible! She was very passionate, so smart, and I had no doubt in my mind that she had obliterated the other side's argument, even though they tried as hard as they could. She just KNOWS her profession inside and out. I can't even describe how draining my lawsuit was, but knowing I always had Jill on my side made it all so much better. I never wavered in my trust in her and she never wavered in her resolve to help me when I needed it most! I was involved in a severe car accident where my vehicle was totaled and my medical expenses kept piling up. One night while coming home from work I was hit by a drunk driver that did not have insurance. I didn't know how I was going to get my truck fixed or how I was going to get the medical care that I needed. The girl in charge of my case helped make my doctor's appointments when I needed them and was always checking in with me to make sure that everything was handled. I was rear ended by a lady that was not paying attention while I was at a stop. Not only was my car totaled, but so was the car that I hit in front of me. The 1st few days after the accident I was in so much pain that I could barely move, during that time I fould out that the lady had given incorrect... insurance information to the police. I was contacted by Jill Herz office becuase she was also representing the car that I had hit. The paralegal had traced the lady down at the hospital and got the correct insurance information on my behalf. She came to my home so I could sign the contract and she referred me to a chiropractor that I saw for a few months. I always felt well informed throughout the litigation process. I was always in contact with the paralegal, and if I ever had a question I would email her and get a response that day. The offer I recieved from the insurance company was not sufficient so she filed a lawsuit on my behalf, but we ended up going to mediation. At the mediation I saw that Jill had done exensive investigative work and got copies of all my medical bills and doctors visits. Jill looked out for my best interest and would not settle for anything less than what she believed I was owed. As a result of the mediation I received the policy limits from the insurance company from the lady responsible. That was not sufficient, and Jill is currently working to get me more money. I would definetly recommend Jill to my friends.
