Vincent James Bhatti

Mr. Bhatti is very respectful while dealing with his clients. But once he is into the case, he needs to be reminded multiple times for various follow-ups. It seems he is just accepting too many cases that he can handle. He accepted my case on contingency fees but when he cannot manage my follow-ups ...which were not reasonable by any means(once every 2 months and that too via email) he simply looked for ways to withdraw himself from the case. Well that's really unprofessional and putting your clients in bad situation. Fortunately i got some other lawfirm and finally won the case(but absolutely got no help from him). Everybody always ask him about his case load before hiring him.

I spoke with Mr. Vincent Bhatti on February 22, 2019 regarding a discrimination and harrasment case with my employer. I gave him all the information that I had to give him he told me that he would call me the following week to let me know if I had a case. Instead I had to call HIM back to remind him ...and instead of him calling me, he emailed me and told me he couldn't take my case. I would have appreciated and respected him if he would have called me himself like he told me and discussed with me the reasons in detail why he couldn't take my case and if it was something wrong on my end that i did, or even if he needed more information. I wish he would have been professional enough to explain this to me, or just ask me any questions because I'm not the expert here, he is. I really did not appreciate the way that this was handled, I feel like i was brushed off, I will not refer him to anyone.

I used the Bhatti Law firm for traffic citations that I received. I had 3 citations in the city of Plano. I paid Bhatti $75 per citation and they went to work. Unfortunately the outcome was not what I wanted. After finding out that I was dissatisfied with the results Mr. Bhatti contacted me. He sat d...own with me and explained the whole process. Although it was a financial hit, the citations were kept off of my record. At the end of this process I found Mr. Bhatti to be very respectful. The results may not always be what you want but I trust that Bhatti Law Firm will get the best results possible.
