About Justin
Biography
Justin Wilson is the founder of My Dallas Criminal Lawyer, a boutique law firm that exclusively defends those charged with criminal offenses throughout the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Justin has practiced criminal law for over a decade. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Collin County for three years before joining the criminal defense firm, Rosenthal & Wadas. He quickly rose through the ranks to become a chief misdemeanor prosecutor and then a member of the felony trial team. As a former prosecutor, Justin has extensive experience evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of a case, and he uses his insight into the DA’s Office to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. He is able to analyze criminal defense cases from both sides, and figure out how best to fight the state’s case.
During his career, Justin has taught courses on DWI investigations, conducting field sobriety tests and handling searches and investigations to officers from several Collin County police agencies.
A native of Texas, Justin earned his law degree at Southern Methodist University (Dedman School of Law) after receiving his undergraduate and Master’s degree from Baylor University. Following his Master’s program, he taught for 3 years in the Baylor University Film Department.
