Doesn't do anything a phone call wouldn't do
I have mediated with this attorney several times. Everytime it's the same thing. He doesn't seem to prepare for the mediation, so he wastes time at the mediation trying to understand what it going on. He doesn't try to persuade anyone of what a fair compromise could be. Instead he just takes...
