Kim is a very awesome DUI and DWI defence lawyer. i was visiting the dallas area and was involved in an accident on my way to the airport. Myself and the other driver was arrested for DUI. I started looking for a defence attorney and i spoke to every attorney i could find but decided to go with kim. ... She didn't charge so much and she also sounded caring to me with the way she spoke and explained how the whole process might go and all possible outcomes but made me aware that the goal is to get a dismissal which all the other attorneys did not do with me. She started by making sure my License was not suspended and i didn't have to be paying surcharges to DPS. She made it happen and my license was not suspended and no surcharge. She then went to represent me in criminal court. She ALWAYS communicated with me and kept me informed of what was going on. i really could not believe that an attorney would check up on their clients the way she did even when she didn't have to. she kept me calm and asked me to be patient, that i did. THe court came back and said my BAC was 0.01 and needed to run a drug analysis which came back negative. At that time, they now offered me a deal for obstruction, saying they can calculate my BAC level to the time the accident occured. Kim advised me to refuse the deal and advised me to be patient because the goal is to a dismissl. And to my greatest joy, After going back and forth and even willing to take the care to trail before either a Desk hearing or a Jury hearing, she got it DISMISSED, with no penalty whatsoever. She helped me conquer my fears and kept me calm even when i was losing hope or going crazy over the case.
