The best

I was guided all throughout the process of receiving my permanent residency and David Swaim and Associates were as helpful as anyone could be. Their replies were fast and same day to any questions I had and since the beginning I felt assured. I will definitely be using them in the future again.

When you choose to work with David Swaim and associates, you choose to work with one the best and most experienced immigration firms in Dallas! David is a fountain of knowledge and his experience and track record says it all! I’m not impressed by people who say much and talk a lot but don’t deliver. ...David is a man who understands the true need and what is important and will focus on it and make sure it’s delivered! Through David Swaim & Associates, I was able to get permanent residency for my family. He answered my inquiries quickly, and he was very honest about his thoughts on my case. He will tell you whether or not he can actually help you. However, I felt as though they always acted in the last minute, whic...h made me constantly anxious. But they got it done and were overall helpful.

The Most Confident Immigration Attorney in Dallas Tx.

David Swaim, is a Good, confident attorney. He has the experience and knowledge of how the US immigration system works, if anyone is looking for a confident attorney to get their US immigration process successfully completed, David can get it done. I am sure he can tell before taking the case if it w...ill get approved or not. He has that kind of confident, which I admire a lot. His Staff Katie and Erica are quite knowledgeable and reassuring. I won't second guess David's ability and skill. I was introduced to Mr. Swaim by my friend who hired Mr. Swiam services and eventually became a US Citizen, In 2019 I was lucky to meet with Mr. Swaim and Hired him for my USA Green Card , during my first meeting with him , I signed the contract with him. Due to Covid-19 things got delayed but Mr. Swaim and his staff was in constant contact with me and as soon as things started to open with USA Consulate he and his office staff worked diligently and got my Green Card approved and now I am a USA permanent Resident. Honestly I was pretty nervous but Mr. Swaim was confident in my success. I will strongly encourage anyone looking for their US Immigration process to Hire Mr. Swaim services you save time, hassle and money. Again I know that Mr. Swaim know's inside out about how the whole US immigration process works.
