David Swaim, is a Good, confident attorney. My case was considered as a high profile case which was a “big talk” at many countries on television, newspapers and internet. Our honorable Prime Minister of India Mr Modi was questioned because India is not a member of the Haque convention on the civil aspects because a child is not considered abdu...cted by a parent during that time. I was charged with the abduction of my toddler son in 2014 at Collin County court. I was incarcerated and I served time for almost 8 months on interference of child custody. My ex-husband tried all possible ways to get me deported back to India. I was under removal proceedings and my green card, including my Indian passport were taken by the immigration authorities. I was a victim to domestic violence and fled United States for the fear of my life and my child’s. My ex husband’s lawyer played all his best cards and in-fact I have not seen my son since 2015. Trust me my case probably has a huge cubby filled with documents that took months to rearrange for accuracy as per the immigration’s need to give the complete details of my case but he and his hardworking team compiled it for me even during the covid19 lockdown. Mr Swaim and his team are excellent. A friend had referred him to me when I asked around for a lawyer for removing the conditions on my conditional green card. My case was tricky because I had to file a waiver because of a divorce with my US citizen wife.
