L1A extension denied, new L1A approved

Excellent immigration attorney. Highly recommended!! My case was badly messed up by my previous attorney but when I met Mr. Swaim, he understood the whole situation and guided me properly. He represented me in my L1A case and I got the approval within no time. More than 5 STARS!!!

Great Firm, adjustment of Status completed

Great law firm, they know their stuff. They worked on my AOS and achieved it successfully. They were always kept me informed on the process and what needed to be done and made the documentation easy to understand.

Since I've always heard how long of a process it can be, how difficult to keep up with every single form, etc. we hired this firm to represent us. It was nice not having to worry about anything at all! And also, not having to worry about knowing little details that help the application. Plus after su...bmitting documentation it took less than 3 months to get my working permit!!

Excellent Service

My husband and I went to this office because of a recommendation of a friend after talking to a lawyer that offered us cheaper services but who was not very trustworthy. We had the first appointment with Mr. Swaim, a very knowledgeable and nice man. Then our case was assigned to other lawyers workin...g in the office as we met requirements with immigration. All of them have been very respectful and professional. They followed up on our case and advised us very well in order to be compliant with Immigration requirements. To Work with Tidwell, Swaim and Associates has been a pleasant experience with no surprises, We were notified in advance of each and every situation, We were kept in the loop totally, and if a question arose that any Para- Legal could not answered then Mr. Swaim would answer immediately with a solution. My regards and recommendations to Mr. Swaim and the law firm of Tidwell, Swaim and Associates. They are, and I don’t use this word often, Awesome. Thanks, Tony and Olga.

EXCELLENT IMMIGRATION LAW FIRM

Upon the recommendation of our family members, we changed from a law firm in Pennsylvania to Tidwell, Swaim & Associates in Dallas, Texas. Mr. David Swaim and his team are very helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful. From the start they took a confidence-inspiring approach to our case, guiding us, as...sisting us in preparing required documents, patiently answering all our questions, etc. all the way to the successful conclusion of our immigration case. Mr. Swaim and his team have handled several immigration cases for our extended family, and each case has been successfully concluded. Even where some family members (who had hired other attorneys) have required a second opinion, Mr. Swaim's advice has been authoritative and invariably accurate. It is my belief that a successful law firm has to have a great team working together and Mr. Swaim has excellent people working in his firm. I have high regards for this firm and for Mr. Swaim personally and his staff, in particular Ms. Erica Gomez, whose patience and encouragement in handling our case was exemplary.
