Hello, I hired The Law Firm of Tidwell, Swaim & Associates to obtain Lawful permanent resident (LPR) status for my wife and I; we both got it in approximately 18 months. In our case, we went from H1-b and H-4 visas to LPR so the 18 months was a very good time frame for us. The lawyers showed that the...y are very capable and know this process very well as was evident during special circumstances throughout our case, for instance, my wife and I traveled often between the U.S. and Mexico so the lawyers were always in contact with us to make sure we were in the U.S. whenever we submitted documents to the Government. An interesting maneuver by the lawyers occurred towards the second half of our process, as they decided to submit the I-140 and Adjustment of Status forms in parallel with the intent to speed up the process, in my opinion it did. At the very least it made me feel that the lawyers are doing everything to complete the process as soon as possible. Overall, the staff was very friendly and always answered our emails promptly, no matter what type of questions we would ask. I strongly recommend The Law Firm of Tidwell, Swaim & Associates for immigration services.

I had a very difficult case when I approached Mr. Swaim in 2014. I was arrested at the airport on arrival to the United States and in a situation where I had lost my green card and custody of my child. I was under deportation process. He delivered exactly what he promised me the day I first met him. ... It's been 3 years now and my case has been dismissed by the court and I have received my green card. My husband and I had complete trust in his ability as he is a well experienced attorney with the right strategy and attitude. He and his team put their heart and soul in my case and literally fought to bring my rights back to me.
