Biography
I am Board-Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law and have been the Managing Partner of David Swaim & Associates, formerly Tidwell, Swaim & Associates, since 1991. We have represented over 45,000 cases with a 95% success rate on behalf of individuals, employers, companies, and families that covered all areas of immigration law. We have developed many of the most innovative techniques for H-1 and labor certification cases, as well as created immigration procedures at dozens of companies throughout the United States. Our success is rooted in personalized solutions for each client, specifically designed to help reach their desired status/citizenship goals and achieve a better life in the United States.
I pursued Immigration Law because it is a practice in U.S. law that deals primarily with people and not money. There is a special feeling when you are able to overcome the power and resources of the Federal Government, whether the Immigration Service, Department of Labor or US State Department, to force the Government to follow the law and treat people fairly and justly.
