Highly Recommended.

Mr. Swaim was recommended to us by a friend. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer. During the initial consultation, he provided clear advice on our case and let us know the documents we needed to prepare. Ms. Erica Gomez, a paralegal of the firm, was also very helpful with the preparatio...n of initial applications and necessary documents. In addition, Ms. Marissa Young, an attorney of the firm, provided us with great guidance throughout the rest of the process, especially on the preparation of our interview and at the interview in which she attended with us. With the firm’s services, our case was approved ahead of its expected timeline. Highly recommend Mr. Swaim’s law firm.

Lawful permanent resident (LPR) process successfully completed

Hello, I hired The Law Firm of Tidwell, Swaim & Associates to obtain Lawful permanent resident (LPR) status for my wife and I; we both got it in approximately 18 months. In our case, we went from H1-b and H-4 visas to LPR so the 18 months was a very good time frame for us. The lawyers showed that the...y are very capable and know this process very well as was evident during special circumstances throughout our case, for instance, my wife and I traveled often between the U.S. and Mexico so the lawyers were always in contact with us to make sure we were in the U.S. whenever we submitted documents to the Government. An interesting maneuver by the lawyers occurred towards the second half of our process, as they decided to submit the I-140 and Adjustment of Status forms in parallel with the intent to speed up the process, in my opinion it did. At the very least it made me feel that the lawyers are doing everything to complete the process as soon as possible. Overall, the staff was very friendly and always answered our emails promptly, no matter what type of questions we would ask. I strongly recommend The Law Firm of Tidwell, Swaim & Associates for immigration services.

yo puedo desir que mi experiencia con el abogado fue exelente no dudaria en contactar sus servicios en un futuro. .todas mis preguntas fueron contestadas y dudas . sinceramente el conoce de leyes mas que bien. lo recomiendo cien por ciento.es un exelente abogado. y tambien debo decir de su asistent...e erika hizo un muy buen trabajo me ayudo muchisimo ya que yo no hablo mucho ingles.los dos me ayudaron muchisimo.y pues en realidad no tuve ningun problema. siento que ellos estan comprometidos con su trabajo por mi experiencia y pr tanta ayuda que recibi. mil grasias.

Review in English: I can say that my experience with the lawyer was excellent. I would not hesitate to contact his services in the future, all my questions and doubts were answered. Sincerely he knows the laws more than good. I recommend one hundred percent. He is an excellent lawyer and I must also say his assistant Erika did a very good job helped me a lot because I do not speak much English. Great advice and in a timely fashion!

Very precise and thoroughly thought through advice. Very meticulous lawyer, he is one of the best out there, surely recommend him!
