H-1B Process

I recommend David Swaim & Associates for immigration procedures. I had my H1-B processed with them, it went smoothly and I never felt nervous about the process. They had clear communication and were helpful with questions I had during it, especially regarding travelling during the process.

Helped me in F-1 status re-instatement.

I highly recommend Mr. Swaim as the best immigration lawyer, particularly for those dealing with F-1 status issues. Before consulting with him, I had spent money on other lawyers who were unhelpful and left me without support. After losing my F-1 status due to my college's DSO not recommending me for... OPT, Mr. Swaim advised me to file for reinstatement through Form I-539. Although I received a Request for Evidence (RFE) from USCIS due to a misdemeanor 'A' on my record, his precise and thorough response gave me confidence that my status would be approved even before it was official. Initially, Mr. Swaim might seem somewhat assertive, but this comes from his deep knowledge and extensive experience. This approach is essential for a lawyer, rather than offering false hopes. He's got a very unique perspective which set him apart. I strongly recommend anyone with immigration challenges consult Mr. Swaim before giving up hope.
