Josia Jose and the staff at Manuel Diaz Law Firm are terrible attorneys who are nothing less than scam artists. They will call you for money but will not accept or return a phone call about your case. Emails go unanswered and there is no personal responsibility. Their ineptitude has cost me thousa...nds of dollars and a year of heartache. After months of them not representing me, they still refuse to give me my case file.

Worst experience in my life. For a simple custody modification, ended up losing my child custody! 3 hearings and they don't prepared the case. I gave them all the files and the witness list. Nothing! They don't present any of the witnesses as counselors, teacher, or family doctors. Then after losing ...my son's custody, they said: Well, it is only temporary. You can request in a few years. Of course, all this cost me around $18,000, and even when there was no more custody case and I canceled their services. They still keep charging fees like "review your case".

I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Diaz, the attorneys, and staff. Mr. Diaz personally worked on my case and made sure all was accomplished in order to prevail. Not only the work Manuel and his team did on my case was exemplary, but the precision it was done with got my case through... without any issue or delay. I would recommend the Diaz Law Firm hands down — it is definitely worth the investment, specially when it comes to legal matters!
