Josia Jose and the staff at Manuel Diaz Law Firm are terrible attorneys who are nothing less than scam artists. They will call you for money but will not accept or return a phone call about your case. Emails go unanswered and there is no personal responsibility. Their ineptitude has cost me thousa...nds of dollars and a year of heartache. After months of them not representing me, they still refuse to give me my case file.

In 2018 I had a legal problem which left me desperate and completely terrified. I did not know what to do or how to even begin to seek help. I was so overwhelmed! A friend of mine referred me to Manuel Diaz, and right away I called. Manuel Díaz not only saw me immediately, but he sat patiently and li...stened to everything that I had to say. He gave me great advice and from there, his assigned lawyer, Jeffery Morrow handled my case with excellent professionalism, kindness and made me feel like I was being listened to, not just another client to rush through. I was able to make a payment plan, and all of the people in the office from the receptionists to the accounts payables were very sweet and helpful. His staff is also bilingual, so it was easy to have Spanish speaking help, which is my preferred language. Without a doubt, I highly recommend the Law Firm of Manuel Diaz!!! Me dio excelentes consejos, y de ahí, mi abogado asignado, Jeffery Morrow, manejó mi caso con un excelente profesionalismo y bondad, y me hizo sentir como que realmente me estaba escuchando, no como si fuese otro cliente cualquiera que tenía que apurar. Pude realizar un plan de pagos, y todo el personal de la oficina, desde las recepcionistas, hasta los del departamento de contabilidad fueron muy dulces y serviciales. Excelente servicio al cliente, desde la entrada a la salida! Los abogados y los empleados son muy amables y atentos! Y no nomas eso, el caso que tuve con ellos, no me pudo haber ido mejor!
