09/06/2020 I wanted to write to talk about my experience with the Nick Nemeth Law Firm. My personal story was that I found myself in a situation that I knew was not going to get better without seeking an expert in dealing with IRS. I had not filed taxes for over 10 years. The IRS said t...hat I owed well over $100,000 in penalties and interest. In 2015 after hearing an ad on the radio and checking him out on the Internet, I decided to call Mr. Nemeth's Law Firm. They set up an affordable payment plan for his legal fees and we got started. What I was immediately impressed by was that every time I called or emailed a question or concern, someone at the firm quickly called or emailed back with an answer or a response. The quick responses continued through the entire process. I can't tell you how important this was to me. I had never had this kind of experience with any other law firm. Several months after we had started the process, I had a consultation with Mr. Nemeth and the decision was made to wait until several years of back taxes expired. During this time, the Nemeth Firm filed all of my taxes for me. I have recently retired and because my income has decreased considerably, my Case Manager suggested we file a current income/expense form with the IRS. This paperwork showed that I would not be able to repay the $48,000 balance they said I still owed. About a month later I received a CASE CLOSED letter from the IRS due to my inability to pay. HURRAY !!! For twenty years I have dreaded every IRS letter I received.
