My practice focuses exclusively on the areas of Probate, Guardianship, Trust and Estate Disputes and Fiduciary Litigation. As an active member of the Dallas Bar Association , I am consistently honing my skills and working to improve my community through projects sponsored by the Bar Association and various probate and elder law committees. I have been an author and speaker on several occasions and find it incredibly rewarding to educate my colleagues and neighbors on the issues and ethical challenges that attorneys in my area can face.
I am proud to provide responsible and efficient representation to clients at those times when a trusted advocate is needed most. Probate, Guardianship and Estate Disputes each involve significant decisions and consequences often felt far beyond any courtroom. Whether as advisor or advocate for executors, beneficiaries, guardians or other interested parties, I consider it a privilege to serve clients in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex and its surrounding counties with their legal issues, and I look forward to assisting you.
