also known as Brian Thomas
My practice focuses exclusively on the areas of Probate, Guardianship, Trust and Estate Disputes and Fiduciary Litigation. As an active member of the Dallas Bar Association , I am consistently honing my skills and working to improve my community through projects sponsored by the Bar Association and various probate and elder law committees. I have been an author and speaker on several occasions and find it incredibly rewarding to educate my colleagues and neighbors on the issues and ethical challenges that attorneys in my area can face.
I am proud to provide responsible and efficient representation to clients at those times when a trusted advocate is needed most. Probate, Guardianship and Estate Disputes each involve significant decisions and consequences often felt far beyond any courtroom. Whether as advisor or advocate for executors, beneficiaries, guardians or other interested parties, I consider it a privilege to serve clients in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex and its surrounding counties with their legal issues, and I look forward to assisting you.

"Brian is a highly capable and effective probate attorney. In the cases where we have worked together/against each other, he has shown thorough knowledge of the Probate Code, passion for his clients, effective advocacy in Court, and good writing skills. A very fine attorney."
"I endorse this lawyer for Estate Planning and Probate/Trust Administration. I met Mr. Thomas on Avvo - by reading his excellent advise to Avvo individuals with a wide variety of probate and estate planning case situations - some very complex. His reason is practical, thoughtful, and well reasoned. As an attorney in California with a growing number of estate planning clients connected with the great state of Texas, I am thrilled that I have a new resource/referral to assist my clients (and their friends/family) with their Texas related estate planning and related needs!"
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Thomas' responses on Avvo are thoughtful, accurate and well-taken and he is a credit to the Dallas Probate Bar as well as this forum."
"I endorse this lawyer. Brian and I were on opposite sides of a probate matter nearly a year ago and he was very capable in the courtroom and a great advocate for his client."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have read with great interest the many responses Mr. Thomas has made in this forum and they are well reasoned, well articulated and appropriate. I would expect him to provide excellent legal representation."
