OUTCOME: Trial and appellate victory for client

The beneficiary of a Will was denied his inheritance. The Executor wrongfully sought to enforce a "no-contest" clause against that beneficiary. Mr. Thomas secured a victory for the beneficiary at trial ... and upheld that victory on appeal. As a result, the beneficiary received his inheritance and recovered his attorneys fees for the Executor's wrongful conduct.
