Worst lawyer ever, guy is too old and fat to fight for you when theres years on the line. He knew he wasnt going to win in the first place, just took our money and helped DA get a conviction because he knew the judge & DA.if you want to go to jail, this is your guy

Excellent lawyer, lots of compassion
I have hired Mr. Barton four times to represent me through the years. He won all four cases. He spent a lot of time consulting me. He is very compassionate about his clients and his prices are very reasonable. I would hire him again and I highly recommend him to anyone needing legal help.

Goes above and beyond
Phil represented me several times over a six year period. I appreciate the way I was always kept informed of what was going on with my case. It was also very helpful that he was also my bondsman.
