There were times in my case that the opposing party was adamant about destroying deals already made with the district attorney and every attack from them was blocked very swiftly from Pat. I felt that even though I put myself in the hot seat, the justice system was used to protect me from unlawful pe...rsecution as well, and that's because Pat had the experience to know how to do that. The relationship he had with the DA was very professional and courteous, the opposing party was not and because of that my case worked out more in my favor. I never felt like I was being punished but that the system was working both for fair justice and reprimand. Without Pat though, the opposing party would've manipulated the justice system to be used for harsh punishment.
