Biggest procrastinator!!! What a waste of time! I hired him to recover moneys owed to my roofing company, it toke him months to just type a demand letter after multiple excuses, then when finally decided to file a law suit, to what he said “this case is a slam dunk!” He kept promising to send the pa...perwork to file the suit but he kept missing his own deadlines, always with health and personal excuses… I do understand health issues (to some degree…) but his excuses were as this; he told me he couldn’t get the paperwork done as he was hospitalized… even though he was supposed to get it done 10 days prior his hospitalization… then he kept promising deadlines and breaking them… I wouldn’t be surprised if his mom is still making his bed and reminding him to brush his teeth. Now finally replied to my “any update on the promised paperwork from 2 weeks ago” email, telling me that I should find another counselor as he can keep his promises… ( his words)

I hired Sean to do a small construction law case. It literally took three months for him to finally file any paperwork after months and months of constant excuses and illnesses. We decided to drop the case and he still owes us almost $400 from our retainer. I have an invoice that reflects this. He th...en said he sent the check in the mail, but it has been three weeks and no check and now he refuses my calls and emails.
