Paul Wesley Simon

Paul is a solid litigator who regularly handles a variety of employment matters and business disputes, including discrimination and harassment cases, contractual disputes, and multi-state collective actions involving wage and hour issues. It is Paul’s business practice and his advice and counseling, however, where Paul truly feels he can give his clients their greatest successes and their highest potential. Paul regularly assists entrepreneurs and startups with their business and entity formation needs and he provides support to existing companies seeking help for a variety of transactional needs. Paul also provides his clients with ready advice and counseling regarding a multitude of human resources issues and contractual matters. Paul is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Paul serves as a member of the DAYL Board of Directors and is proud to have been elected by his peers as a member of the Executive Committee. He formerly served as a Co-Chair for several DAYL committees and was a driving force behind the 2009 Leadership Class. Paul is also an active member of DallasHR, a Life Fellow of the DAYL Foundation, a Fellow of the Dallas Bar Foundation, and a former Associate Member of the Patrick E. Higginbotham Inn of Court. Paul was selected as both a Super Lawyer and a Rising Star in 2014 by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers. As a Super Lawyer selection, Paul was selected amongst his peers without any age or years of practice limitation. Paul is part of only 5% of Texas Lawyers classified as Super Lawyers and only 2.5% of Texas lawyers classified as Rising Stars.
