I hired Mr Rubin, for my ongoing divorce case from hell, after an 8 month nightmare with another attorney, who did absolutely NOTHING with my case! In less than 3 weeks Mr Rubin had me in court, got spousal support, interim attorney fees and much more!!! He is a shark in the court room and is extreme...ly smart. Without him I would have been completely screwed. Mr. Rubin is representing me in Montgomery County and his firm is in Dallas Texas, 4 hours away!! I hired Micheal Rubin because I saw all of the outstanding reviews he had with prior cases, so I decided to give him a try. His office legal team gave me all of the logistics before paying the fee. I was advised to attend the court proceedings if I wanted the case dismissed, reduced, or unless I was ...advised otherwise. I met Mr. Rubin in court for the first time and he was absolutely pleasant, he’s a very nice guy. I attended court to set a dismissal/decision date. I didn’t stay more than 15 minutes. He asked if I could be dismissed. That made me happy. Afterwards, the plan was to come to court to get the ticket dismissed, but I couldn’t leave work due to a shortage. I couldn’t notify him because work was extremely busy. I was really upset and I felt bad! I just knew since I couldn’t come that the ticket wouldn’t be dismissed and I had to pay $270. Well needless to say, Mr. Rubin called me and advised me that the ticket was dismissed, and it wouldn’t be on my driving record. I was ecstatic!!!! Please try him out!!! It’s worth the fee.
